Description
Working Principle:
- Energy Absorption and Conversion: During daylight, the solar panels on the road studs absorb solar energy, converting it into electrical energy, which is stored in batteries or capacitors.
- Automatic Operation: When ambient light levels drop at night or due to bad weather, the stored electrical energy is automatically converted to light energy through LEDs, under the control of photoelectric switches.
- Visibility Enhancement: The emitted light from LEDs is very bright and flashes to capture drivers’ attention much more effectively than conventional road studs, guiding and warning them about the road layout ahead.
Installation Method:
- Location Preparation: Choose the installation location and distance, clean the road surface to ensure a flat installation area.
- Adhesive Application: Clean the bottom of the solar road stud and apply epoxy glue evenly.
- Placement and Fixation: Place the stud on the road surface, pressing down to fix it into position, and allow the glue to dry.
- Inspection: Within 2 hours of installation, check to ensure that all studs are correctly installed and there are no deformations.
- Finalization: Remove any installation barriers after 6-8 hours, allowing normal traffic flow.
Recommended Spacing:
- Highways and Expressways: Approximately 5-6 meters (7-8 yards) apart.
- Dangerous Entrances and Exits: Approximately 2-3 meters (4-5 yards) apart.
- Hospital and Parking Lot Access: Approximately 0.5-2 meters (0.5-3 yards) apart.
The spacing may be adjusted according to specific site conditions and requirements.
