Working Principle:
- Daytime: Solar panels on the studs capture sunlight and convert it into electrical energy, which is stored in internal batteries or capacitors.
- Nighttime or Inclement Weather: Stored electrical energy is automatically converted into light energy by LEDs through a photoelectric switch. This conversion helps illuminate the road effectively, guiding drivers safely.

Installation Method:
- Marking: Measure and mark the correct distances where each stud will be placed.
- Drilling: Use a core drill to create holes of approximately Φ108mm and a depth of 50mm.
- Cleaning: Remove debris from the drilled holes to prepare for installation.
- Epoxy Application: Fill the holes with epoxy as per the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure a secure fit.
- Setting: Place the solar road stud in the hole, adjusting it to the desired viewing angle. Ensure the epoxy evenly surrounds the stud’s shaft for stable installation.
- Curing: Allow the epoxy to set for 6-8 hours before removing any installation barriers or isolation measures.
Recommended Spacing:
- Highways and Expressways: Approximately 5-6 meters (7-8 yards)
- Dangerous Entrances and Exits: Approximately 2-3 meters (4-5 yards)
- Hospital and Parking Lot Access: Approximately 0.5-2 meters (0.5-3 yards)
