Working Principle: Solar road studs operate by absorbing sunlight through solar panels during the day. This solar energy is converted into electrical energy, stored in batteries or capacitors. At night or under poor weather conditions, this stored energy is automatically converted into light by LEDs. The bright, flashing light effectively outlines roads and captures drivers’ attention sooner than traditional road studs.
Installation Method:
- Location and Preparation: Identify the installation spots and measure the distance. Ensure the road surface is clean and flat.
- Apply Adhesive: Thoroughly clean the bottom of each stud and apply epoxy glue evenly.
- Installation: Place the stud on the prepared spot, press firmly, and ensure it’s correctly aligned.
- Inspection: Check the installation after two hours to ensure all studs are correctly placed and fully functional.
- Completion: Allow the adhesive to cure for 6-8 hours, then remove any barriers used during installation.
