Installation Method for Raised LED Road Marker
- Preparation: Determine the precise installation locations and ensure the road surface is clean and flat. This helps in achieving optimal adhesion and effectiveness of the road studs.
- Application of Adhesive: Clean the bottom surface of the solar road stud and apply epoxy glue evenly.
- Installation: Firmly press the stud onto the road surface with the adhesive side down. Position it correctly to ensure visibility and effectiveness.
- Quality Check: Within the first 2 hours of installation, inspect the installation to ensure all studs are correctly aligned and securely fixed without any deformation.
- Finalization: Allow the adhesive to cure and set completely, typically within 6-8 hours, before removing any installation barriers.
